As an international company with 47 offices throughout 20 countries, it was important for Squire Patton Boggs to have top-notch audioconferencing and videoconferencing capabilities in their new space. Vertical AVTV designed and integrated VTC systems that allow employees to participate in content sharing, video source viewing, and audio and video capabilities.
The Main Thing
One of the main areas of work in the Cincinnati office was the large boardroom. It boasts a 90-inch television for all video source viewing, and there are 8 computer inputs available at the conference table to allow employees to share content from any seat.
The monitor displays both the “near” and “far” end of the conference call. Both HDMI and VGA/A were made available to suit the needs of Squire Patton Boggs, and a wireless option is also included. A Crestron control system provides the end user with complete control of the AV system at the touch of a button.
AV Installations
Other areas of work include executive offices, overflow rooms, conference rooms, lobbies, and a fitness center.
Vertical AVTV worked with many manufacturers, including Crestron, Polycom, Cisco, ClearOne, Sharp, and BiAmp, to provide a turnkey system for Squire Patton Boggs.
High Definition TV
Vertical AVTV installed a DIRECTV system to provide service to selected televisions on the 19th and 20th floors. The system includes a satellite dish, roof mounting hardware, cabling, and a distribution system. DIRECTV receivers were installed at each desired television, including areas in the fitness center and executive offices.
